High Incidence Disabilities Conference Canceled
Regretfully, NOARC and RARC have reached a consensus to cancel the 3rd High Incidence Disabilities Conference planned for March 2022 due to the continued impact of COVID-19. We hope to be able to hold the event in 2023 in its original and intended in-person format.
