NOARC will issue an invoice once funding sources have been determined and the assessment is completed. In cases where students receive the invoice, they can use any of the payment options outlined below to pay for their assessments.
Please note, regardless of what institution you attend, you will be paying for your assessment through the Cambrian College accounting department because the Northern Ontario Assessment and Resource Centre is located at Cambrian College.
How to pay for your Psycho-Educational Assessment:
- Online banking – Register Cambrian College Student Accounts as the payee with your financial institution. Your customer number is your account number. If given an option for a memo, reference this as a NOARC Payment
- At Your Bank – Your bank should have Cambrian College on record as a payee as Cambrian College Student Accounts. Use the Customer Number on your invoice or your Invoice Number to identify your payment.
- Over the Phone – Cambrian’s accounting department can take your credit card information over the phone; just have your invoice number ready.
Call (705) 566-8101 and ask for the accounting department. - In person – You can pay by cash, Interac, money order or cheque made payable to “Cambrian College (NOARC)”. Make your payment at the Accounting Office, room 4020 at the Cambrian College Barrydowne Campus between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- By mail – Include your invoice number on a cheque or money order, made payable to Cambrian College (NOARC) and mail to:
